Duplicate Town Prophecy disappeared

I made a town 30-40 minutes ago, chartered it and then paid for it with the 2000 souls. I put 500 coal and 1250 oak logs into the town bank and logged off for 30 minutes. I log back on 2 minutes ago, try to put more items in the town bank and the town has disappeared. The members are now not in a town when i use /town who <name> and i cant access any of the town functions.
