Bug Town not producing 'Flawless Diamonds'

So, I've no idea what's going on. It's been roughly an IRL week since my town, Auricha, has produced even one Flawless Diamond. It's in one of the required biomes, I've checked twice, and it has been producing other materials like Refined Deepvein Coal and Salty Tearstones. In the past, it has produced them, and with less of a population.
