A 'Manager' in a town has the power to de-rank the 'Owner' all the way down to citizen with the command /setrank . But then not rank him back up, so a town can be left without an Owner.



ALSO, it is impossible to allow someone else to take over the position of Owner..

For example, If a SIC in a town gathers all the money together, and then pays for the town, he will automatically become 'Owner' and it is impossible to grant this position to the REAL mayor instead after paying.

@Troppicz - yah at the moment, you need to get an admin to reset someone else to owner. In the future we'll have other proper ways to get it fixed up. But in general the Mayor should be the one chartering/purchasing the town, not the SIC.
