The only other bans I had was where the Admin was on a mass banning spree because he didn't know who griefed.

Reason you should be accepted:I have been looking around for a good old adventure server for a while now. This one poped up in one of my querys when I was curious about the plugin. I am an amazing Minecraft architect and builder, and its been a while since I have been on an survival/PvP server (that doesn't get griefed every other day).

How did you hear about Herocraft?: Your plugin. It led me to here. It looked interesting on a different server.

Additional Info: Well lets see, what can I say about myself. I am an amazing builder and I am addicted to RPGs and games of the like. I have morals, meaning I won't go off spawn killing a new person or absuing the system. I love a good joke.

Yes, I can explain that. That was a false ban made by an admin using basic plugins to disguise himself as me. The server was MCbans protected. After disputing it, the head admin of MCbans (Firestar) removed the ban.

EDIT: Scratch that. Firestar couldn't remove the ban because it was a solid (false) evidence, so I still have a slight rep reduction (8.89, as of right now).

EDIT 2: If the admin didn't edit the post, the single image that would have removed my ban would still be there, and I would be fine. The time and date of the Edit could be found on the bottom of the post. The time and date, being the day the dispute was taking place, after I mentioned the picture.

The picture of noteable significance being a obviously false Logblock record.

Hey TMT - I'm going to have to deny you at this period due to our inability to confirm that the griefing was not done by you. We are either faced with someone who has been honestly wronged by a server, or someone who has gone out of his way to lie to us and try to mislead us. While we understand the first situation is horrible one to be in, we can not chance that someone with the attitude outlined by the second situation be allowed to join the server. However, if you are able to clear the ban up with MCBans or provide some other proof that would allow us to rule out the second situation, please, do apply again for our server.

This ban was taken place during a time when a nasty exploit (involving mob-eggs and creative mode) were out. This exploit has been patched by bukkit. Sure, griefing is griefing, but I know 1 or 2 of my friends were banned by admins in mass banning spree (mostly because no grief lookup tool could detect the explosions).

I didn't have 3 bans on MCbans at the time of the griefing, I had none, I only gained 1 ban when I was banned on said impersonation on the server. I will even take a screenshot of my current bans on MCbans. My conclusion is that they used a plugin, such as MD to impersonate me, then ban me on a different lookup.
