Hello,
I was talking with a townie (former thief) about thieves, it seems that Thievery is a bit broken... When you're in a fight with someone as a thief, and you wind up accidentally right-clicking a weapon/bind, you'll usually use thievery on someone, causing them to insta-kill you because you decided to steal from them while facing them in the middle of a fight.
I'd like to suggest several ways that you could change thievery to prevent this sort of situation: change it to be a castable ability, letting you bind it to a key or item. What you could also do is try to make thievery only work when you have bare hands. Finally, you could make thievery unusuable while in combat. I believe this could probably fix up a lot of thief-death mishaps (while in combat).
Thanks,
Keache
