simple bug, people who die well attempting to use the skill thievery die to the last person they were cb tagged to. Can this get fixed?

lol, one time @eagles90809 was thieving from me and he had a bounty on him and I had already accepted the bounty. I then setup myself to turn around. I turned around but since @Hiiggiins was the last person to tag him, he got the kill and the bounty money -.-
