I've gone 140/0 in custom games with sivir/teemo/etc, why would that make Teemo op?

soraka mid really is OP, her silence out ranges most other AP mid abilities or ties with it, so she can silence-starcall and her enemy cant do shit, plus starcall stacks allow her to do true damage if she consistently harasses

AP TF is way better than soraka. He has lots of cc, the ability to regain mana, and sustain damage. He's also a really good counter to kass.

AP TF is meh early game, but the scaling on his attacks goes apeshit at around level 10. I enjoy him, but Soraka is just an early game shutdown.
