The Balance Team still needs a replacement in player leadership to coordinate activities and act as the Player Head. Given Delfofthebla's initiatives, I think he's currently the best fit. If others have any comments, feel free to share them here.

I've only been here a bit, but he really seems to pull out the largest amount of care. So my vote is for Delf (If we plan to go that way of electing)

Popular opinion seems to think that Delfofthebla should be the new team head. If this could be announced in the next patch notes or something (so people have a go-to person/representative on the balance team) that would be cool.
