Tall grass prevents you from mounting your horse as a Dread Knight. Perhaps also paladin.

Correct - this is due to the fact that you're "near" blocks. We may be able to whitelist tallgrass - but it may not be worth the effort.

Could probably add a config-based block whitelist... be simpler than a code one but you'd have two skills to make sure it's consistent through...
