now because these aren't currently accessible, mostly i'm sure because of the private lots available in zeal, but i would like to know if the regions are refundable like LWC's as in, you can scrape them when your done and get your money back

Why aren't personal regions accessible?
i looked on the wiki, that is unless it hasn't been updated yet

We have been able to buy personal regions since patch 2.7.0.
doesn't really matter, point is id like to know if their refundable like LWC's
