Bug T4 armor crafting recipe not working

I made a flawless Stardust chestplate last night and from what i understand that is supposed to give you the full set or stardust armor? apparently that didnt work. i crafted a new leather tunic, got the flawless soul stone, and a topaz crystal. i combined them in the work bench and it gave me the usual armor shard thing, but when i used it, nothing happened. i was looking straight in front of me so i couldnt have accidentaly placed it. I would greatly appreciate your help.

I see nothing wrong in the configs, I need perms to spawn in items tho @Kainzo
