Switch out of Crafter, what happens to Shops?

If you switch out of crafter (at lvl 50) to another path, what happens to your shops? Will you still be able to access them? I know you cant create new ones.

I have asked in game and no one seems to know.

EDIT: Has anyone ever switched out of crafter? there must be some precedent to this situation.

I'm pretty sure that @Trizze is an Alchemist who is now a Monk. Perhaps they could shed some light on the situation?

If you switch from crafter to a combat class your shops will still be there and you can still access them.
I think you can destroy the shops aswell but I'm not sure about that.
