Bug Superheat no xp? Bug?

superheat doesnt give xp when mining ore. I am not sure if this is intended or a bug.
I am pretty disappointed I was using it for a while but didnt noticed I wasnt getting xp until now

Are you saying you don't get the exp from the iron or gold ore mined with superheat that you would get if you mined them normally?

its intended, anything mined while superheat is active gives no exp.

Do not use it for mining ore, u also get no soul drops
great for sand tho

well its like eff 10 so you can mine out big areas fast.

I thought superheat was just smelting while mining? Excavate was faster mining.
