Bug SummonMooshroomCow

Hello all, I unlocked the skill summonmooshroomcow a while back, and when I have tried to use it, it claims it is not a skill. I type in /skill SummonMooshroomCow and I get nothing. Is this truly a bug or am I just missing something here?
