Haha WhiteMage has a point, I've thought the same thing on occasion.
Although I think joining a server which is clearly pro PvP then complaining about getting killed is pretty stupid.

Exceptions would be unfair or unwinnable scenario's, exploiting game mechanics to win or being camped constantly (Harassed basically).
