Would it be possible to get the shoutbox back under the forums?
I liked it much better, and it was much easier to use when it was there

It is just so unpractical that the lines split that often (when it's on the side of the front page).

@Kainzo @Angyles These tags don't work. The names of the people on those aren't even proctors or Heralds. Some of them haven't been on since last year.

Not with the right names. None of the people on that tag are proctors.
