Bug Stuck in the Test World/Visions

I decided to try the portal to the test world since I was curious what would happen if I went through. Since I got to the test world, I've been stuck in it since. Geooo came through since I was asking on the help channel how to get out and he kept saying there was a portal to get out, and was proved wrong when he tried to go through it and went nowhere.
The /spawn command only takes you to spawn, killing yourself takes you to spawn, and relogging keeps you in the same world. I have no idea how to get out and I really want to get back to the survival world
