Not a Bug stuck in limbo

i am stuck in limbo hearing a bunch of spiders saying "could not connect to default or fallback server, please try again later: java.net.connectexception"
i can see what people say in o chat but they can't see me
it shows in chat [o][landing]bob4272:

even tried without mods

This was during the last server and should not be an issue anymore. If you're in the new limbo and you're unable to connect it probably means the server is down and you'll have to wait.
