Stuck in invisible block

i havnt logged in awhile but now when i do im just falling inside an invisible block and its causing fall damage and im down to 2 1/2 hearts can a mod please port me to the spawn area. thank you

Mods can't port, but you can use recall/ warp, or just simply die .
