STEP A - Preliminary Downloading
part 1 ) You must have Winrar. Download & Install http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3000-2250_4-10007677.html
part 2 ) Download the LiteLoader Installer for 1.7.2 http://dl.liteloader.com/redist/1.7.2/liteloader-installer-1.7.2-04.exe
part 3 ) Download http://optifined.net/adloadx.php?f=OptiFine_1.7.2_HD_U_D1.jar
part 4 ) Download http://eq2.co.uk/minecraft/mods/mod_macros_0.10.04_for_1.7.2.litemod
part 5 ) Download https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/34787499/minecraft/1.7.2/[1.7.2]ReiMinimap_v3.4_03beta.zip
part 6 ) Login to your minecraft game, create or edit a profile, make one called 172, and set the Version to use "Release 1.7.2". Hit Play, and let it download and login to the main menu of minecraft.
Exit the game. Move on to STEP B.
STEP B - Making things work
part 1 ) run the liteloader-installer-1.7.2-04.exe file. IMPORTANT NOTE: Install liteloader ONLY, do NOT chain it to forge.
part 1 ) extract the ReisMinimap_v3.4_03beta.zip into a new folder. Note: leave this new folder contents up, don't exit it yet. (you may exit the .zip window)
part 2 ) extract the Optifine_1.7.2_HD_U_D1.jar into a new folder. Note: leave this new folder contents up, don't exit it yet. (you may exit the .jar window)
part 3 ) navigate to your C:\users\username\appdata\roaming.minecraft\ folder. Create a new folder called "mods".
part 4 ) in another folder window navigate back to your downloads, and move the mod_macros_0.10.04_for_1.7.2.litemod file into the new \mods folder.
part 5 ) once you're done there, navigate up to .minecraft\ and then to \versions\1.7.2-LiteLoader1.7.2\
part 6 ) You should now see a jar file and a json file. Open the 1.7.2-LiteLoader1.7.2.jar file with WinRar.
part 7 ) You will now want to move the contents of the ReisMinimap folder into the 1.7.2-LiteLoader1.7.2.jar you just opened with WinRar. Then exit the Minimap folder. Leaving the 1.7.2-LiteLoader1.7.2.jar window open in WinRar.
part 8 )You will now want to move the contents of the Optifine folder you extracted earlier into the 1.7.2-LiteLoader1.7.2.jar you left opened from the previous step. Then exit the Optifine folder. Leaving the 1.7.2-LiteLoader1.7.2.jar window open in WinRar.
part 9 ) You may now select (left click) the META-INF folder within the 1.7.2-LiteLoader1.7.2.jar window opened in WinRar and press your "Delete" key. Confirm any actions, exit the WinRar window. Launch your game, select the new LiteLoader 1.7.2 profile.
part 10 ) Click "Play". Navigate to the Multiplayer menu. Add a server, or Direct Connect to hub.hc.to
part 11 ) Shift+"Tilde" to open macromods. Rebind your CTRL key off of zoom in the options settings if it makes you mad. Pressing ESC while binding will clear that for you, setting it to <None>.
STEP C - (Optional)
part 1 ) Clean up the folders you extracted earlier, and the downloaded .exe and .zip and .jar files from earlier by deleting them. This is optional, and mostly for OCD people who don't want to keep files they will no longer need on their computer for no reason at all.
