Suggestion SRM Shop Limits issue.

I rented an ad sign in the Market district at the Citadel, then turned to rent the shop I wanted to use. It says I've hit my SRM Global Region limit, and I can't rent a shop. The limits are set to 1 each: sell, rent, let inside the Citadel region. Is there any possible way to set the signs and the shops on different limits, so that a person could rent a shop and put up an ad sign by themselves?

Hmm, I could probably change the AD signs to LET instead of RENT. I'll get this done soon.
