Previous Bans from other Servers (If yes, explain where/when):Yes. I have been on many servers since I have had Minecraft for a long time now and I have been banned for: Messing with Admins(Abusive admins banned me on the spot for silly things like killing them in pvp and such. I find it stupid how they pvped in the first place. I was also banned for Xray and hacking which I am very, very sorry for. I know this server has an anti-xray plugin so I know I will not be able to xray(not that I would want to). Everyone is not perfect and this server seems awesome and I have matured since all those bans and I think that you should give me a try. I believe that me coming clean about these bans is a large enought notion that I will not break any rules.
Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?:Yes, of course!
Reason you should be accepted: This server seems really cool, Falker has MADE me get on and try it out and I think I am really going to like it. I wont break any rules and I might be able to get other people to try the server as well. I think that I will also be able to contribute to the server too!

When I played on PvP servers, my friend (AndreBXP) and I would loot bases. (Which was allowed) People claimed we were xraying, while we were just following them to their base. We PvPed the admins a lot (allowed) and killed them, so they were looking for an excuse to ban us anyway.

K the honeypot was on a server that no one was on, i tried to break a dirt block and i got banned. the nazi sign and the penis were for no reason, i signed on and found both, told another admin, he looked into it, and then another admin came and banned me when he saw me next to them.

Since I cannot verify your story your bans weigh heavily as well as your history of hacks and x-raying which you were aware of. You were also muted from the one channel where you could've displayed your maturity and asked for advice which implies you aren't ready to be whitelisted.

After some thought and collaboration with some other proctors I will be denying your application to whitelist at this time.

1. Dont u guys have anti-cheat? I can tell cause stone turns into chests and crafting tables.
2. U hve anti-xray as I stated before, and I believe you have the one with the fake ores cause ur server is very, very laggy.
3. I got banned back when I was 12, and most of them were when I rented my account and allowed other people to use.
4. I'm not sure why I was muted, but I didn't say anything racist or racist. I was yelling at someone for using the word "gay" which even though I'm not, I don't find insulting. Also the rules don't ban cursing, and if you want to filter cursing, there are many server mods out there where you can change words like "ass" to "eggplant" or ***.

If you were banned back when you were 10 ((As you stated above)), and that was in 2012 and this is 2013

• You lied about your age
• You do not meet the minimum age required per our ToS and the law COPPA.

The application will stay denied.
