Your brother clearly has access to your computer and has done nothing but get you in trouble. I cannot do anything but believe he would do the same to your Minecraft account on this server. Your actions in the IRC and here on the forums lead me to believe you are not even the age you claim to be.

The application is denied for a fourth time. I keep posting it, you keep arguing. The matter is closed.
