Your story: Someone was camping at my house, griefing it in order to find hidden chests. Every time I was to come there he would kill me (I think he was max level) so I could not kill him no meter what. I did not know what to do since I just started playing 5 days ago, so I asked for help in "HelpMe" chat. Nobody was answering, but it was emergency and I was freaking out because he was just about to take everything I had from me. I started spamming with Caps-Lock on (I said 3 sentences), then Angyles warned me to stop, so I stopped, but then I said one last sentence "Please Help me." with no caps and I got muted.
I know that I deserved a mute but I think that I deserve a second chance.

I will remove this mute tomorrow. The issue is you were told to stop spamming, you continued. Help chat is not to be used for screaming for help while you are being raided.
