Bug Spawn Traders are confused

The NPCs at spawn offer trades ok, but you still get the message: "The villager cannot understand you!"

Seems to be working after restart.

That's due to our Merchant class being the only normally able to talk to them.
I'm not sure how these merchants are handled but because normally they can't understand you, you get that message.

It shouldn't affect any trades.

It's been around since we had spawn merchants.
