Bug Soul Items and Crafting Has stopped working

So as the headline said

the soul fuse has stopped working and not just that one item.All the items made in that way have been not working for me all day
i cant make any tier weapon for some reason
the soul fuse wont work with anything
it was fine yesterday when i made all the dusklight armour but not today
i did ask around if anyone else had this problem and they all said yes in the chat that they were having problems crafting things

i can get screenshots if needed to help
just let me know
