Some Macro Advice?

So recently I saw some of the cool shit that people have done with macro GUI systems and I was curious if anyone wanted to share their setup and possibly a how-to on the set up.

This is short, I get it. What more else is there to say? Typed on mobile, brace yourself for typos.

Well personally i use the macros only for my skills I have the naga hex league of legends edition mouse so i bind all my skills that are important to the numpad and use that. I have my recalls Town and recall both bound to L and P.

Do you even understand what he's asking lol. He doesn't care what buttons you have skills on.

If you read their post it's literally just copy and paste and then switching out skill names and your name. Size, color, position is up to you, just depends on what you like.

honestly I'm lost on where to start. My idea was to make something like what you had in your picture but with mana and HP bars instead, but somehow, how to do this still eludes me.
