I am auctioning a blue spawn plot located at x: 125 z: 0. This plot is right by the nexus and the library. All the items inside will be taken out when it is bought however the house will be yours.

The bid starts at 3k and may go up with minimum intervals of 100c. If you would like a tour just contact me in game: /tell Haxnn. The auction will end 5 days after the first bid.

It is close but not right beside, if you go down the steps from the house your at the library and the nexus is right above it. Maybe 15 seconds walking distance?

Only thing that sets me back at the moment however is the walk up that hill I wonder if @Kainzo would be able to create a bridge over it? Or as an architect, I could design one similar to the already standing bridges, whichever to save my virtual legs from dying.
