Well i am new to this server and i really would like to get into this all but i cant figure out how to get onto the whitelist??

I visited the hc.to/apply but still nothing...

hc.to/apply does work. It links to our MCF page where you read the format on page 1, then copy paste and fill it out.

hc.to/appguide works also. It links to the application guide on this website and has instructions.
