I'm a bit perplexed.

In order to survive, it is highly recommened to join a town.
In order to join a town, one must meet application criteria to join the town.
So thus, one must survive to join a town which they need to survive.
Its a bit perplexing....

There used to be noob towns dedicated to helping low levels. The apications and such are so people don't just join for 10 minutes die and rage quit never to be seen again.

All the towns I've ever owned I've tried to recruit new players and get them into PVP.

Save for lwc, place lwc, farm mobs/mine or farm, drop loot in lwc, when war comes around head to town and do some shopping/ socializing (helps in the town joining process). Eventually you will be where you need to be to thrive in herocraft.
