Bug Sneaking prevents Heroes message suppression

The sneak skill is preventing Heroes message suppression from working.
1. Suppress skill SmeltIron as an example
2. /skill sneak
3. Use SmeltIron.
4. Skill messages shows in chat

It is intended.
Using skills is noisy and sneaking doesnt mute chat...
