Previous Bans from other Servers (If Yes, explain where/when): I can't seem to recall being banned from any other servers, this being said up until about a week or so ago I hadn't played Minecraft in a fair few months so if you manage to did up some dirt whilst background checking and what not then I'll be more than happy to resolve the issue!

How did you hear about Herocraft?: I was browsing Google for a well structured, yet enjoyable server to join and stumbled upon Herocraft on a server list site.
Have you voted for Herocraft (No? Click here)?: Not quite yet no, I shall do it in-game once I hopefully get accepted as I usually do.
Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Of course I do!
Reason you should be accepted: I will try to keep this as short but informative as possible, I like to think I am an entertaining person to associate with both virtually and in person, I can bring skills to the table which other members may not be able to, for example I attend a Level 3 Art & Design Course at college which specializes in Illustration and Digital Design, both new and old, This makes me able to visualize things in perspective before they are brought to life so to speak. As well as this I love a challenge, even if I'm not very good when it comes to completing them, I an dedicated and would much rather help others than help myself!

Additional Info: As well as attending college in my spare time along with all the mundane "teenage crap" Such as socializing, working out, gaming an awful lot and sleeping more than I should my hobbies/interests include playing the drums which I have done for roughly 8 or so years, ride motocross which I don't do as much as I'd like too, design tattoo's, one of my own i'm in the process of doing, (Picture Below). I also like to dabble about on Studio Pro and other musical programs and like I said before, game. Anything from Minecraft to Call Of Duty to Guitar Hero to Skyrim and Forza! Fun Fact: I'm collecting train tickets for an epic creation I will be doing in the future!
I will leave it at that for now, if the Proctor's or Mods or such want to know anymore before accepting or declining, just shoot, and thank you for your time!
