Reason for ban: Regions Abuse
Your story: *Actual dates and times, we are unsure of.* Approximately a week ago, SmithT91 left the town of Genesis to join the town of Rapture. After dropping his township (a day or two following), SmithT91 was told by a member of Genesis to collect his stuff, which was to be in a chest outside of his room. Apparently, that chest was empty (and this may have been a prank, as Genesis has a clear policy of dealing with members leaving their town; including a storage chest located in a separate, secure room.) Anyways, upon returning to Genesis, to find the chest he was told about to be empty, SmithT91 was upset, and contemplated "raiding" some items from Genesis. There was a bit of a grey area here, and definitely, plenty of other routes of action that could have been taken. SmithT91 thought that since he was no longer part of the town when he took the items, that he was not going to be "region abusing". Well, he learned the hard way, that is simply not the case.
After SmithT91 had been busted by Admin logs, he discovered just how illegal his actions were, he immediately began looking for a way to repay his debt to repent for his sins. There are several witnesses to this reaction, and several people were involved, attempting to establish contact between SmithT91 and UnclePockets(?) or the leader of Genesis, such that SmithT91 could appeal to them personally in an attempt to "drop the charges". It was too late however, as he is banned now, and we have no idea for how long the ban is to last.
This appeal is written to call this ban to attention and to request either complete unbanishment, or perhaps a timed ban. Anything short of a permanent ban would be greatly appealing, and the sooner he can get back, the sooner wrongs will be able to be righted. SmithT91 is a reputable player, with no ban history on other servers. It's greatly saddening to see his first offence of a rule he misinterpreted lead to a permanent banishment from the server.
