Bug Smiths and Anvils

I just recently mastered Smith. In doing so I excitedly crafted an anvil, plotted out the perfect spot, and placed it. Only problem is it gets removed and I receive "Restricted Completely!..."

Anvils have not worked in months.

Hoping to at least allow the placement of Anvils in the next update. It won't be usable yet but one step at a time :)
