Smith- Deconstrust Bug.

So the skill here i get as a lvl 55 Smith seems not be working..
As i use The skill, the item will disappear yet, no material is gained.
Tried it over a workbench and without a work bench. Thank you.

Thanks for the bug report. I believe we are changing how this is handled on the back end and it may be in a buggy state.

@Multitallented redid Deconstruct but im not sure of the status.
