Bug Smite won't work against creepers in regioned areas

I was trying to kill mobs just yards away from a graveyard and using the skill 'smite' while i could. It would work against every mob except for creepers. It would give me a message along the lines of "you can't destroy this target". Luckily, the message wasn't literal. You can eventually kill creepers the old fashioned way, but Smite would not work on them.

This is due to creeper explosions being disabled in regioned areas i believe. You can simply attack them however usage of skills on creepers does not work
