It says mob grinding is illegal unless the mobs can hurt you, would that mean dark rooms are legal? Also it says using enderpearls or blinking through small holes is permitted, does that mean blinking and using enderpearls through 1x1 holes is legal?

Dark rooms has been banned since Zeal due them stealing mobs from the surface and causing some lag.
There's been so much confusion and a lot of rule changes about wizards and 1x1 holes, an admin would need to confirm.

Blinking to get through 1x1 holes, I think, is kinda a bug or not even possible. If blink is used to do so, through exploitation of a bug, then I think it's illegal. Using enderpearls through 1x1 holes isn't illegal.

Dark rooms are NOT legal, because of stealing mobs and lag issues. It has nothing to do with the grinding rule, it's a separate rule.
Blinking through 1x1 holes cannot be done, to my knowledge, but using an Enderperl to get through a 1x1 is legal, even if there is a torch in the hole.
