Bug Small bug with raising negative attributes

Ok so after some testing there is a bug that needs to be fixed for raising negative attributes. if you add attributes one at a time out of the negative, the allocation confirm message will give a response that would appear to follow a set formula based on number of points spent. However, it is actually not and is taking more allocation points than listed.
Here is an example in table form:

Score / Confirm Cost / Actual Cost
-5 3 3
-4 2 3
-3 2 4
-2 2 4
-1 1 4
0 1 5
1 1 5
2 2 6

I am assuming this pattern then repeats indefinately. It should be noted if you add multiple points at once, the confirm message gives the accurate cost. For example, increasing agility by three points from -5 to -2 the message will say "this will cost 10 allocation points". I dont know which method the devs want to use, but need to revise for consistency between the text and actual number costs
