Bug Skirmish bug

While i am skirmishing with tickles
I found out someone at the back hitting me
Then i found out another pair of people is playing
Then i log out
Then i relog Another pair is playing
And i have the normal inventory which i have in overworld
And i get killed there
I got a lot of valuables in my inven
So first can anyone resolve the problem
Second can i get back some refund?

This happened to me yesterday as well as in the past. In yesterday's occurrence Herocraft's beloved guide AzenYumCha, who surely follows all the rules, got stuck in a skirmish on 2 occassions. Not surprisingly, instead of being an innocent bystander, he would intervene in the fights and become a general annoyance. Nothing beats joining a skirmish and immediately getting Webbed and Drain-souled.

Imagine shut full of diamond iron and gold buffers in the skirmish nd lost all of its stuff
