Suggestion [Skill] Track Improvement

I was thinking it would be helpful if it told you what world the player you are tracking is in. It gets really annoying to travel all the way out to the coordinates of someone you tracked to figure out they are in warshard or something. If its possible could this get added in?

I think it should say "Target not in this world" with coords when they are in warshard or nether or whatever, but it shouldnt tell you which world they are in all the time, rangers cant track you to hell and back.

@unknownloner or @Sleaker wanna code it so if the player isnt in the trackers world that it returns the message "Unable to track players out of this world" or something?
