Smith gets it. Costs 20 leather and 5 string. Long cooldown.

i have more saddles than I do leather... IMO, i think there should also be a deconstruct for saddles, get like 3~ leather from a saddle when deconstructed. and the creation cost would be 15 as currently, saddles have little use.
