[Skill] Ring of Fire

This skill is a Spell in the MagicSpells bukkit mod.
It summons a ring of fire around your character slowly expanding outwards for a few blocks that lights everyone in the radius on fire. This could possibly be a Necromancer skill for around 80MP.

Necro's aren't really fire casters - more death/life drain/darkness

Death --> Nether
Nether --> Fire
Not sure if possible, but maybe in the fire ring, it's like IcyAura, except also drains HP or mana?

I think every class except for Necro (in casters) has a skill similar to this which is why Necro should get it.
Geo has icy, wizard has megabolt, and beguilers aren't supposed to be a damage dealing spec. The only AOE skill Necro has is plague, which isn't really even AOE.

Plague does a total of 0 damage (I think a maximum of 1) to player, but absolutely kills mobs.

This would actually make pvp with a necro very interesting and it would be very cool if implemented.

Doesn't fit with necro really. Replace firewall with it for geomancers perhaps. Necros do need something, but adding something that doesn't fit just to give them something doesn't seem right. It means that Kainzo would eventually have to choose between letting necros not actually fight like necros or pissing off necros by removing it after they get their own spec defining stuff.

New necro spell: Raise Minions. Raise 2 zombies for 60 seconds. Overwrites skeleton. Costs 60 mana.

Also, what if necromancers take 25% less damage when you have a minion up?
