Bug skill dmg scaling

Skills are supposed to do + 2.5% extra damage [per level] now

this was working fine for smite/wrath/holy aura when i was a cleric


But now as a hydromancer its not working on these skills : water bolt , frostbolt,flood,engulf,tsunami


Im not high enough level to try the other skills yet but it would not suprise me if those also didnt properly scale
