Shrine now has Herogates to the following locations:

Price of these gates is 15 souls (free for T5+)

The 'nexus' is located in the upper floors of the bank in the Trade District. Portals connect spawn to the nexus as they do in Haven.

Let me know if I borked any of the permissions and a Herogate doesn't work.
