Bug Shield Reflect doesn't reflect DoTs....

I don't know if this is a bug or not but shield reflect doesn't reflect dot's and since necro is basically all dots and some classes have a few DoT skills that are pretty strong like fire it would be nice if it would reflect DoT damage.

Not certain that this is easily doable - but it technically should reflect MAGICAL based dots.
