Suggestion Shaman Multiple Totems

Would it be too strong for shamans to be able to place two totems at a time like they used to?

It would be nice to be able to combo some of the totems together. There are some nice synergies. For example:

Your party is starting to hurt a little while still feeling the pressure of an attacker so you could throw down an engulfing totem to help them create space while also throwing down a healing totem to heal them a little.

You throw down a firestrike totem now and people can just walk away. If you had two totems again you could throw down and engulfing totem or force totem as well to keep them near it for a longer period of time.

Being able to slow enemies with an engulfing totem while boosting your parties damage with a primal totem could be useful as well.

It used to be like this, but I don't know why is was changed before Shaman's release...

It'd be interesting to see this make a return --- im not sure how we could properly balance it unless we restrict pretty much everything the shaman can do physically.

Please take all the axe skills and please replace them with different totems!

Could you make it check how many totems you have out? You could make having 2 totems out basically silence you so you are restricted to auto attacks. The exception being the ability to recall them.

With Shaman's current setup it is a bad idea. It could work if it was reworked for that purpose though.

Pretty much. If the melee skills where removed and more totems where added it could work. Maybe reduce the min totem radius to 3.

I don't know how TotemRecall, one of Shaman's most important skills, would work with multiple totems. It's fine with having multiple totems if the totems were nerfed, but like I said, I don't know how TotemRecall would work with multiple totems on Shaman currently. But like TrueCorruptor said, a rework must be done to fit the idea of multiple totems being placed down.

Great idea, the only bad thing about this is that the whole class would need a complete re-work and skills would need to be re coded. I simply don't think that kainzo has the time for this nor is it on his priority list.
