How did you hear about Herocraft?: I have been around in the #Heroes channel off and on for a while now. I also have used the Heroes plugin on a server for a while. I finally decided to see what the whole Heroes experience is all about.

I currently work for the 3rd largest ISP/Communications Company in the United States of America. I have a background in customer service and conflict resolution. I make about three trips a year to the Colostore data center as I currently have equipment hosted at the location. I have a Husky, named Roxy, that has yet to realize she does not own my home.
