The below have been implemented on the live server based on expressed views of the team and some live-testing.

Paladin:
Reduce base equipment weight from 60 to 55
Add a warm up to ShieldReflect of 0.5s
Decrease Taunt stamina cost to 175.
Increase Divinestun mana cost to 200, Stamina to 375
Strike cooldown to 6s (up from 5s)
Absolution healing to 150 with scaling at 2.5 per wisdom
Disciple:
Fist of Jin reduced the internal cooldown to 0.5s from (1s)
Fist of Jin reduced healing by 3 to the caster and 6 for the party.
Increased Charka cooldown from 11s to 15s
Remove the Interrupt on Forcepush.
Renamed Seikuken to Barrier
Barrier CD increased to 30s
Meditate CD increased to 90s (up from 60s)
Druid:
Added a warmup of 1s to Entangle for Druid.
Change Reincarnate to 3 minute CD.
... coming later will be a change in Bolt.
Bloodmage:
Infusion base healing increased by 10 (now 75) health cost down to 20 mana 150
Transfuse mana-gain increased to 150 from 125
Bloodbond heal is now 30% and mana tick is 35 every 4s
Change Awaken to 3 minute CD.
Cleric:
Smite mana lowered to 80 from 100
Increase FullHeal delay to 5s (up from 4s)
Change base weight to 40
HolyWater now does 70 base damage to undead and scales with wisdom by 1.2 per point.
Change HolyWater to level 55
Add Wrath as a "new smite" with more damage to undead per level and normal targets
Change Revive to 3 minute CD.
Farmer:
Change fishing to 10.0 XP
Increased most farm materials by 50% XP
Samurai:
Notable adjustments, preparing for a release 09/19/14
Crafter:
Warp vastly lowered in cooldown (1 hour).
