isn't it 100x100? (50 from the center block in every direction)

This'll never be allowed. The town region is a benefit obtained when 10 citizens sign up for the charter.

I belive the town must have no less than 4 active members signed up in order to keep the region.

Not to bash or anything, but noone will ever buy this for 7.5K. For 7.5K they can make their own town on the location they want to. Building the town is half of the fun. If this is legal, sell it for 4-5K

1) you can sell it if another 5-10 players want to move in, aka a new up and coming town
2) you cannot sell town regions as personal regions.
3) Lastivity may not be up to date on these rules.
