And when you get hit/hit someone while holding one you get spammed, "Restricted to Scribe (10) ..."
It's fun to have someone and hold one and also then with bread or another book and quil. Do it with the book, insta-spam for you both!

We're looking into fixes, it appears to be a bukkit issue not throwing the proper event to restrict it.
